The Head of Xerneas : Part 1

Prologue....

1000 AC:
In the farthest corner of the earth, there was a region ful of splendor and glory, known to have a mysterious history, that region is now known as Kalos. At the far east of this regioh there was a sacred forest. Known for it's mysterious master, Xerneas the bringer of Life. There were rumours that the one who would decapitate and wear the head of ths sacred stag would be blessed with infinite glory. Often refered to as "The Impossible" since Xerneas would only appear if ones will was as pure as snow.
There was one person able to encounter Xerneas, that man was called Sir Flavius Flare.  A wealthy yet greedy, selfish, ruthless man who lived at the feet of Mt. Alpelpisia, a dark sinister mountain that was said to be inhabited by a Great and  Mighty bird that had never been seen and that was said to travel  through the entire region and never rest but to smight the wicked with it's great Wing.

On a gloomy day, Sir Flare was going to  check on his mine, were countless people were forced to look for rare gems. Rumours were heard that a person would disappear anytime a gem was found. On his way to his mine factor that was laid not to far from Lumiose city. On his way there, he encountered something he had never seen before...an enormous oak that reached the heavens and was adorned with precious gems. Caught by his greed he decided to collect them, as the bark of this oak was completely hollow, he entered and was picking the gems one by one until he reached a place that had only been mentioned in legends. At first he thought it was impossible  but the moment he entered he knew it was it, The Forest of Life. A very calm forest filled with rare Pokemon he has never seen before. The he ran into an invisible gate and was stunned when an old tall bark, a Pomemon moved and spoke to him through telepathy saying: " I am the gateman of this sanctuary, what have you come to seek?" he answered pompously: " I have come to take of the head of Xerneas!" Enraged by this the Pokemon pushed him back saying: " Your will is as black as the wing of Yveltal, lord of Destruction, you shall not step foot in lord Xerneas' home. Angered he was about to set the forest ablaze. So he did, little fairy like Pokemon, Flabébé, all losing their flowers to fire fell ill and all the plants turned grey and were dying, nit because of the fire, but because they sensed an inpure spirit. The Flabébé cried out with their little voices: " Lord Xerneas, do not forsake us!" All of a sudden a calm breeze blew through the forest... Then a serene tall Stag with antlers that shown like a rainbow appeared. Upon every step he took, a new plant would grow. With a soothing voice he cried: " Geomancy!" Stunning symbols that no one could understand covered the surface, when the incomprehensible moment ended, so did the fire and everything that had once perished, revived but upon this event, Sir Flare fell into an everlasting sleep and would never again awaken, he died upon seeing this devine stag because of hid cruel thoughts and ways of threating others

The Forest cried and his sad ending was told through all trees and was heard over the whole Kalos region, now all knew that the legend of Xerneas and possible Yveltal might just have been not just a fairy tale, but the reason behind life and death....
