A Balanced Hackmons strategy for Blissey:

Some people say that Explosion is the strongest move, others say Draco Meteor, or V-Create are the strongest moves. To that I say... NIET! That title goes to Blissey and her Final Gambit! When one thinks of blissey, they think of her atmospheric base HP stat of 255, and when one thinks of Final Gambit they think of using their HP against your opponent. Put two and two together, and you have TOTAL PLANETARY DEVASTATION AT YOUR FINGER TIPS!!! I will throw the set of destruction at you now:

Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Scrappy
Nature: Sassy
EV's:252 HP/252 def/252 SpD
IV's:0 Spe
-Final Gambit
-Protect
-Softboiled
-Aromatherapy

Strategy: With the way i devised the EV spread, it is vital you have trick room up to almost guarantee that Blissey moves first when you bring it in otherwise if Blissey loses any HP then this set will be worthless. After setting Blissey up this set is pretty straightforward. Blissey's Final Gambit,at full HP, does 714 damage. go ahead, rub your eyes, double take a few times, you read that right, I said 714 damage. This means you can kill, and when I mean kill I mean EVISCERATE any Pokemon in the game. OH NO! your opponent just pulled out a Giratina! what will I do next? To bad Scrappy just made sure that Giratina is a pile of Rhinoceros dung. Of course we all know what happens when this kind of immense power is exerted, Blissey too dies. But Blissey's death is not in vain i can assure you after it has released Heaven and **** on a Pokemon of your choosing. Thank you and Good day.

I think that a great strategy is Cloyster

-Shell Smash
-Icicle Spear
-Rock Blast
-Razor Shell

the reason this strategy works so well is cloysters ability skill link which makes rock blast and icicle spear hit 5 times. shell smash doubles attack and speed which is good for set up so It helps to give it a focus sash.

OP. That's What Cloyster is. You could have a really awful team, throw a cloyster on it, and then sweep, after sweep, after sweep, after sweep... lol Nice Strategy

Everybody has their own strategies   

This team is great in Gen 5 and also quite good in Gen 6. It even completely PP stalled a cosmic power and stored power sigilyph
