| I'm totally getting Pokemon Y Version! I mean, have you seen its signature move yet? How cool does Death Wing sound?! I know it's in Japanese and all, but Oblivion Wing in English isn't all that bad either. And its name, Yveltal, it just rings with mystery. Xerneas just sounds like a normal name, and it could easily be given to a puny Normal-type Pokemon. Seriously, Geomancy, or Geo-Control in Japanese, which is Xerneas's signature move, sounds so lame, with none of the bad-*** attitude of Death Wing. And that tail that looks like a third wing, it's just too good to pass up (not the tail, lol, Yveltal). The versional exclusives, Clauncher for X and Skrelp for Y, is the only downside to Y Version, because Clauncher looks much cooler than a "Mock Kelp" seahorse. And besides, don't we already have Horsea, Seadra, and Kingdra? EDIT: I understand that Corphish, Krabby, Kingler, and Crawdaunt are similar to Clauncher, but crabs just look so much cooler, and they are Water-types living on land, LAND, the home of Ground-types. That's cooler than a seahorse pretending to be a piece of floating crap *cough cough* errr, kelp. Spritzee, the Fairy exclusive of Y, is a bird-like creature, while Swirlix, the Fairy-type exclusive of X, is just a cotton-candy ball thing. Yeah. A bird or cotton-candy? Gee, what a hard choice. Well, at least this bird isn't Flying-type, and we already have a cotton-like Pokemon, Cottonee and Whimsicott. But anyway, I respect your opinion as well, so don't all riled up at me. I look forward to hearing your opinions as well. Gimmick Star, signing out:D | |

| Even though skrelp might look very idiotic, remember that it has a dual typing, ie water/poison, removing the grass weakness, but again it makes skrelp weak against psychic types. | |

| I am getting Y just because everyone I know is getting X and i want to have alot of version exclusive pokemon that they will all trade me for. But looking at the first three posts on this topic, im beggining to think otherwise. | |

| I will be getting X mainly because of Xerneas. I don't mind the version exclusives since they can easily be traded over through people you meet and I like having my OT on my Pokemon. I would have to say that Geomancy looks pretty nice in my opinion though the name just seems like flop and it really seems like GAME FREAK put little effort in pucking the name. But it is understandable since a Geomancy are mysterious symbols that appear on the ground and the most ligic thing would be to name it so. I am picking X because of Xerneas as mentioned earlier, but if GAME FREAK decides to switch the legendaries with their counter games like they did in B/W, I will be picking the game that has Xerneas. | |
