Should drizzle be banned from OU monotype?

Talonflame was banned from OU monotype because it counters certain types too hard. In the same way are swift swimming water teams too strong.
Water is the only type that gets both a power and a speed boost from weather. Fire gets it power boosted in the sun, sand rush pokes are faster in the sandstorm, but no other Pokemon than swift swimmers get both a power and a speed boost.
This would be ok, if it wasnt for the fact that you could easily get an 8 turn rain up with just Politoed. If you don't have another form of weather in your team (which a lot of types dont have) then you are defenseless to swift swimmers.
So I think drizzle should be banned, so swift swim teams are forced to use a turn to set up the rain.

i think they should reallly, most of the time water monos are politoed, switch to an swift swim user rinse and reapeat till u win. They barely even have to try most matches get handed to them after 2 killsor even b4 the match starts

Exactly. Some mono's don't even have something to protect themselves. What can a ground mono do against swift swim ludicolo?

they cant do squat. ludi would be a instant win clause so to speak, as ground has no priority cept for zygarde who cant kill ludi without at least 3 coils (impossble if the ludi is sashed), and prolly scarfchomp who besides being prediction relilent to counter him, may not even be faster then ludi (unsure of this) and again if its a sash ludi he wont kill him off anyway.
