i see the difference, hacked Pokemon can indeed be legit, but for me it isn't legit if you didn't catch/breed and train it yourself.

It's fine by me as long as it passes the legality check; I read somewhere that using hacked Pokemon in X/Y will actually ban you from using Wi-Fi. Supposedly they're really going to be cracking down on hacked Pokemon this upcoming gen.

When i get it to evolve to charizard, how do i get mega stone?

I think the Pokemon are for Pokemon versions 1-5 because they are hacked.
